THANK YOU!!!!
If you have clicked on this link, we hope you are
able to learn a little about who we are and what
we are trying to do.
We invite you and anyone you know who is up for
a challenge to join The JT Foundation for Autism
Awareness and Team for Autism Awareness -
In a 2007 article that was published in the Health
& Fitness Section of the popular web site MSN.
com, the author talked about why so many
people today are compelled to join one of the
many worthy organizations and are raising
awareness and money for a cause either by
running, swimming, riding or walking.
For some, it is a way to make an already
enjoyable activity more meaningful, for others, it
is the opportunity to be involved in a worthy
cause that offers an extra incentive to get in
shape and participate.
Whatever the reason is, the article tells the story
of how combining the activities of exercise and
personal competition is good for the body and
soul and can change ones life.
We at the JT Foundation are also trying to do
this. We are getting fit while participating in a
variety of athletic events and raising awareness
and money for a worthy cause, AUTISM.
How serious is Autism? According to recent statistics every
day 66 children are diagnosed with Autism.
- 1 in every 150 child born in the United States
- 1 in 95 boys
- It is now more prevalent than pediatric cancer, diabetes,
and AIDS combined.
- It is the fastest growing child disability in our country
today!! Reason enough?
So have you ever dreamed of or wondered;
- • What it would be like to complete a Marathon, ½
Marathon, 5K, a triathalon or a century bike ride?
- • Want to get in the best shape of your life?
- • Want to meet great people and be part of a TEAM?
- • Want to help raise much needed monies?
- • Want to do all the above but know that doing it
alone is close to impossible?
Well we think we have the answer for you?
Team for Autism Awareness…The BLUE ARMY!
So if crossing the finish line after solo running or
walking a marathon, 26.2 miles, a half marathon
13.1 miles, being part of a relay team with family

wanted to accomplish, The JT Foundation can
help you make this happen. And while you are
accomplishing a life time goal you can help us try
to “Solve the Puzzle of Autism”. You can also
help us raise much needed dollars so that we can
aid other organizations that are making a
difference as we are “Racing for Answers.”
