Many of us listen to music while we train and race. We all use it for
different reasons. Today it is as important as stretching>

  • We use it to focus.
  • We us it to get motivated.
  • We us it to keep tempo.

We use it so we don't have to listen to our training partners;-).

We would love to have you share your favorites songs with the Team
so we can all keep our MP3 Players and IPODS freshly  stocked with
songs that we need to get the job done.
