Training Tips
Keith Hurtling began his fitness career at age 15.  At almost 50 he
can, and will leave athletes in their 20’s and 30’s in his dust, and talk
to them while he does.  Whether in a 5 or 10K, ½ marathons, half
Ironman or in a “pull up “competition, Keith will push himself to the
limit and if you let him, you to reach your goals.

His experience, talent, knowledge, and limitless enthusiasm for total
body and mind fitness has earned him recognition as one of the most
sought after group instructors, personal trainers, coaches and
motivates where ever he has been.

Most recently he has been motivating people to reach their fitness
and competitive goals in the Topeka and Kansas City areas, where he
earned a Masters in Nutrition while attended Benedictine College
and where while playing football he earned the distinction of being a
three-time football and academic All American.  Keith has kept
himself in such good shape that there are many people who say he
could probably still play today. Not only does he teach fitness, he lives
it.

In addition to his college accolades he has been certified in
Biomechanics with NASM and NSCA, has owned several Gyms
(Popeye’s) in Kansas City, trademarked Rhythmetric circuit training,
started the first Spinning class to Kansas City and in between had try
outs with several NFL teams.

Keith KNOWS how to get results.  He knows how to motivate and
“kick some ---“ when needed.

He has joined JT’s Foundations TEAM AUTISM AWARENESS to
provide team members tips and guidance on running, overall strength
and to provide us all with Coach Keith-isms”, motivational tid bits we
can use to inspire to deliver results.

Thanks COACH. TEAM AUTISM AWARENESS has one of the best.
