This first-time event is a Sprint Triathlon and is perfect for all levels and abilities. The race
organizers have provided several options for participants to choose from.

There will be the traditional swim, bike, run Triathlon as well as a Duathlon, where participants
can substitute the swim with an additional run. (run, bike, run)

Triathlon: .25 mile ocean swim, 10 mile bike, and a 5K run
Duathlon: 2 mile run, 10 mile bike, and a 5K run

ALSO

Relay Teams!

An exciting feature for this event is the ability to form a 2 or 3 person relay team where several
participants can enter as a team and do a part of either the Triathlon or Duathalon.

So, if you cannot or do not like to swim or run, you can do the bike leg and have a family
member or friend complete the remaining legs of the event.
